We’re currently looking into updating our web forms to make them compatible with all browsers. If you experience an error page when opening a form in a browser, please try one of these two options:
Manually save a PDF copy of the form to your desktop.
1. Right click on the required form and select Save link as (for Safari, select Download Linked File As).
2. Pick a location to save the PDF (we recommend saving to your desktop).
3. Click Save.
Open the saved form with a PDF reader application, such as Adobe Acrobat.
Change your browser settings:
Once you have changed your browser settings, PDFs will download to your computer instead of opening online. This will apply to every site you visit.
